Pause. Breathe. Reframe your narrative.

Anxiety.

We all get it at some point each day.

It can be mild (at best) or crippling (at worst) when you don't know what to do or how to stop your mind from entering "the prickle" loop.


My best friend has helped me to reframe my anxiety narrative.

My anxiety = My personal guardian angel (Angel), my invisible friend and protector.


My Angel's sole purpose is to get me pause and breathe. My Angel is for my benefit. I now embrace each anxious moment; be it mild or that oh so very gross feeling and the many different physical manifestations (any funny tummies in the house?) anxiety entails....it's just My Angel.


It is not easy. It takes practice. But when you meet Angel for the first time, it is worth it! You will see. Keep trying. But be kind to yourself and to each other. Peace.
